To begin the process, I have an initial kickoff call so we can really get to know each other. During the call, we will cover a Fitness Assessment, Health Assessment and a general personal training program design. I will provide you with a notebook so you’re able to track your progress and log any notes related to your workout. During our workout, I will be recording the specific weights and exercises that we’ve covered in order to help you keep meeting your goals. I’m able to travel to your home, apartment or personal gym. You’re also more than welcome to come to my private studio — whatever is most convenient for you! I strive to make your in-home fitness training experience fun, resourceful, functional, versatile and efficient!

During your Fitness Assessment, we will sit down to privately discuss your personal fitness goals and past background or experience with fitness practices. This in-depth analysis helps me fine-tune your personalized fitness program. Understanding where you want to be with your overall health and wellness is the first step.
